By placing an order or requesting a quotation through our website or sales team, you agree to this Policy.

2. General Principle

Our business focuses on B2B sales of construction equipment and related products.
Many items (especially heavy machines, customized configurations, and international shipments) are not suitable for simple returns like consumer goods.

  • Each order is handled individually based on the written Quotation / Proforma Invoice / Sales Contract.
  • Any refund or return is subject to this Policy and the specific terms agreed in the contract.

3. Eligibility for Returns

Subject to the sections below, a return may be considered only when all of the following conditions are met:

  1. The equipment or goods are materially defective or significantly not as described in the accepted quotation or contract.
  2. The issue is reported to A F T TRADING L.L.C within 5 working days after delivery or collection, together with photos, documents and a detailed description.
  3. The goods are in substantially the same condition as at delivery and have not been further used, modified or damaged by the customer.

We reserve the right to inspect the goods (directly or via a partner/technical expert) before approving any return or refund.

4. Non‑Returnable and Non‑Refundable Items

Unless explicitly agreed in writing, the following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or pre‑owned equipment sold “as is, where is”
  • Special‑order or customized machines, attachments, or configurations
  • Equipment that has been operated after delivery beyond basic inspection/testing
  • Goods damaged after delivery due to improper use, installation, transport, or storage
  • Consumables, wear parts, oils, filters, and similar items
  • Discounted “clearance” or “final sale” items expressly marked as non‑returnable

For such items, any warranty or service will be handled according to the manufacturer’s or supplier’s conditions, not via refund.

5. Return Request Procedure

To request a return or raise an issue:

  1. Contact us at management@afttrad.com or by phone within the time limits stated above.
  2. Provide:
    • Company name and contact person
    • Invoice or order number
    • Description of the problem and when it was discovered
    • Photos/videos and any relevant technical report
  3. Wait for our written instructions before sending or moving any equipment.

If a return is authorized, we will provide Return Instructions and, where applicable, a Return Authorization Number. Goods sent back without authorization may be refused.

6. Inspection and Assessment

After the goods are received or inspected on site:

  • Our technical team or appointed expert will evaluate the condition and the reported defect.
  • We may consult the manufacturer or supplier where needed.
  • Based on the findings, we may offer one of the following options, at our discretion and in line with the contract:
    • Repair or replacement of parts
    • Exchange for equivalent equipment
    • Partial refund or credit note
    • Full refund (in exceptional cases)

Any transport, dismantling, loading, customs and related costs will be handled according to the specific agreement or as communicated in writing before the return.

7. Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are usually processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction (for example, bank transfer).
  • Processing may take 7–30 working days, depending on banks, intermediaries and international transfers.
  • Bank fees, exchange rate differences and certain logistics costs may be deducted where applicable and where allowed by the contract.

We will confirm the refund amount and expected timing in writing.

8. Cancellations Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel an order before shipment:

  • Contact us as soon as possible at management@afttrad.com.
  • For standard stock items not yet shipped, cancellation may be accepted with no or limited charges.
  • For special orders, reserved equipment, or goods already prepared for shipment, we may charge cancellation fees, including any costs already incurred with suppliers, logistics, inspections or financial institutions.

Any applicable cancellation terms in your specific Proforma Invoice or Sales Contract will prevail.

9. Transport Damage

If equipment or goods appear damaged on arrival:

  1. Note the damage on the delivery documents / CMR / bill of lading immediately.
  2. Take clear photos and keep all packaging.
  3. Inform both the transport company and A F T TRADING L.L.C within the deadline indicated in your contract or within 48 hours of receipt.

Claims related to transport damage may be handled under the carrier’s terms and relevant Incoterms.

10. Warranty and After‑Sales Support

This Refund and Returns Policy is separate from any manufacturer or supplier warranty.

  • New machines may be covered by a standard manufacturer warranty; conditions and duration depend on the brand and model.
  • Warranty claims (repair, replacement, service) will generally be handled in cooperation with the manufacturer’s authorized service network and according to their procedures.

Details are provided in the offer or contract for each piece of equipment.
